Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 12 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Funded Shield service ("Service"), operated by Funded Shield ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is
Funded Shield is an informational alert tool delivered via Telegram. It notifies you of scheduled high-impact economic news and the relevant news-trading rule of the prop firm you select. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
2. What the Service is not
Funded Shield does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. It does not execute, place, modify, or close trades, does not connect to your broker or trading account, and does not hold, manage, or have access to your funds. Any action you take on the basis of an alert is your own decision and your own responsibility.
3. No affiliation with prop firms
Funded Shield is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any prop firm. Prop firm names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Firm rules can change at any time; you are responsible for confirming the current rules with your firm directly.
4. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep alerts accurate and timely, but we provide them on a best-effort basis and cannot guarantee that they will be correct, complete, delivered, or delivered on time. The Service may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable. You must not rely on the Service as your only safeguard.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service.
6. Free trial, subscriptions and payment
We offer a 5-day free trial that does not require a card. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription: monthly (USD 9.99) or yearly (USD 99.90). Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller of record for the transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7. Refunds
You can evaluate the Service through a 5-day free trial before any payment is taken. Subscription payments are not refundable for change of mind, forgetting to cancel, or non-use. Refunds are provided only where the Service substantially failed to work for reasons attributable to us, as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights, or Paddle's discretion as merchant of record.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, redistribute, or share access to the Service, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, breached accounts, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated through the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Funded Shield collects and uses your personal data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data-protection law.
1. Data we collect
- Telegram account data: your Telegram user ID and username, needed to deliver alerts to you.
- Service preferences: the prop firm and settings you choose inside the bot.
- Subscription data: your subscription status. Payment details (such as card numbers) are collected and processed directly by Paddle — we never see or store them.
- Technical data: basic logs needed to operate the Service reliably and securely.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to deliver alerts, provide and maintain the Service, manage your subscription and trial, respond to support requests, and keep the Service secure. The legal bases are performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the Service.
3. Who we share it with
- Paddle — our payment provider and Merchant of Record, for processing subscriptions and refunds.
- Telegram — the platform through which the Service is delivered.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
4. Data retention
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us on Telegram at @dade2121. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
6. Cookies
This marketing website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If you proceed to checkout, Paddle may use cookies strictly necessary to process your payment, as described in Paddle's own privacy notice.

Refund Policy
Last updated: 13 August 2026
1. Try before you pay
Every user gets a 5-day free trial, with no card required, to fully evaluate the Service before any payment is taken. Please use the trial to decide whether Funded Shield is right for you.
2. No refunds for change of mind or non-use
Funded Shield delivers real-time alerts on an ongoing basis, and you can try it in full for free before paying. For these reasons, subscription payments are not refundable where the reason is a change of mind, forgetting to cancel, or simply not using the Service. By starting a paid subscription, you ask us to begin providing the Service to you immediately.
3. Refunds for service failure on our side
We will provide a refund (full or partial, as appropriate) where the Service substantially failed to work for reasons attributable to us — for example, if the bot stopped delivering alerts for a prolonged period during active market hours because of a fault on our side. This does not cover failures outside our control, such as a Telegram outage, problems with your own device, connection or Telegram account, or settings you have changed.
4. How to request a refund
Contact us on Telegram at @dade2121 describing what happened and when. If your request qualifies, the refund is processed by Paddle to your original payment method. As Paddle is our merchant of record, you can also raise a request with Paddle Order Support at paddle.net.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not by itself entitle you to a refund, except in the case described in section 3.
6. Your statutory rights and Paddle's role
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including EU/UK statutory withdrawal rights where they apply. Note that statutory withdrawal rights for digital services can be lost once you have agreed to immediate provision of the Service and have started using it. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, and Paddle may also grant refunds at its own discretion under its Buyer Terms.
